22 years, ASE Master + L1, EPA-cert for AC. Worked dealerships and indies before going mobile. Insurance covers $1.5M general liability + garagekeeper insurance (your car's covered while I'm working on it). Lic. #CO-MM-2024-441 if you want to look it up.
No, as long as we have access to your car (keys hidden, app share, or I'll meet you for handoff). I'll text photos before/during/after. Most repeat customers I've never met in person — they leave the keys in a magnetic box and I send pics.
I bring them. Parts at cost, no markup. I'll quote 2–3 options before ordering (OE, OEM-spec aftermarket, economy) and you pick. If you have parts you bought yourself I'll install them, but I can't warrant labor on your parts.
That's literally the whole point of a mobile mechanic. Won't start? Battery's dead? Brakes are squealing? Don't tow it. Text me and I'll come to it.
Yes. Diesel pickups (Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke) are 25% of my work. PPIs on used diesels are highly recommended — they're great trucks but the bad ones are very bad.
Hybrids — yes (Prius, Highlander, RAV4 hybrid, Civic hybrid). EVs — yes for general service (tires, brakes, cabin filter), but I don't do high-voltage battery work or HV system service. For Tesla-specific issues, I'll point you to a Tesla shop.
Yes — 12-month / 12,000-mile labor warranty on all repair work. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years). If something fails because of the work I did, I come back and fix it free.
Card on file at booking, charged on completion. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle all welcome. Cash, of course. I send a digital invoice with parts/labor breakdown. No deposit required for residential repairs (PPIs require a $50 deposit).
Yes for a parking lot or driveway. Most apartment garages have low ceilings or no clearance — I'll need a parking spot in a lot, not in a structure. Text the address and I'll confirm.
If I get into a job and discover it actually needs a real shop (rare — usually I catch it in the diagnostic), I'll stop, refund any labor charges, and refer you to one of two Denver shops I trust completely. I won't try to "make it work" if it's not the right environment.
Yes — most extended warranty companies (Endurance, CarShield, etc.) cover mobile mechanics. I'll deal with their claim adjuster directly so you don't have to. Bring me the warranty paperwork and I'll handle it.
